Creation of rear and side extensions to an existing 1930’s dwelling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
These featured a vaulted gable roof over the kitchen, connecting back into main dwelling. Kitchen opening into the drawing room/lounge through a small access door, with the existing kitchen /dining room becoming open plan. In the kitchen a corner focal point was created, framing the view out towards Pendennis Point. The front room, the central hub of the house, was extended out to the existing edge of the raised balcony floor.
