At this strikingly designed 4 bedroom residence in Bolingey, Cornwall, a 235mm fully insulated closed-panel timber frame system was utilised on a Glulam portal frame design.
This provided a super-insulated house with lightweight cladding used above dpc level. All four bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and triple glazed high-performance windows are fitted throughout.
