projects are able to progress. As part of our integrated design approach, the practice has the capacity to provide associated technical services and support on a range of construction issues from relevant Building Regulations, accessibility and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), specification of
construction materials, relevant assessment i.e. SAP, BREAAM and Code for Sustainable Homes; and Health & Safety. Our technical services allow designs to be conceived in conjunction with the relevant regulations; ensuring intelligent solutions are achieved at the outset of the creative process.
